Classroom and Library

The goal of this project as well as the next two projects, is to add a second room above the existing classroom. This first project will add a classroom above the current First Grade classroom and then convert the bottom room to the new library. As of the first of September, the books have been on site and are being stored.

The portion of the building shaded in blue will be the first to be converted and then the portion shaded in yellow will be next.

Our goal is to always have a classroom ready for the next class that starts in January.

Stone will be mixed with the concrete and then used for the floor

Rebar will be placed in the cement for the floor and rows of stone in the wall for strength

The library is painted on the outside and will soon be complete.

Construction has begun on the adjoining classroom to accept a second story. Should be done by Easter.
